Our transaction service focuses on commercial negotiation and adviser coordination. Contract drafting, document review and specialist legal, tax or financial advice are undertaken by the advisers responsible for that work. We confirm responsibilities and the scope of our engagement before work begins.
For transactions involving another country, we coordinate with the relevant overseas advisers. Cross-border coordination does not imply that we advise on every jurisdiction’s law. Ask us to confirm who will act, the relevant jurisdiction and the proposed scope for your matter.
